Ergonomics

Office furnishing requires close attention to the physical posture and therefore the comfort of the user.
This is why, working closely with Catas, we pay the closest attention to research into ergonomics and attend all the major conferences in this area.

The study of ergonomics may be considered as comprising three main aspects:
– Prevention, i.e. finding ways to prevent possibly harmful effects.
– Analysis of the effects of technology on humans, with special attention to their health, efficiency and behaviour.
– Assessment of the actual working conditions as concerns the requirements of the worker and their working capacity.

It has been amply demonstrated that a feeling of comfort and safety in the workplace tend to improve the degree of satisfaction and thus the productivity of the worker.
This is the approach that we follow, day after day, adding continuous improvements and modifications to our products to meet every new user requirement.
